Track Notebook- Regional Results Abongwa advances to State Wins Shot Put

The Indoor Track & Field team competed at the 4A Central Regional Championships on Wednesday at the Baltimore Armory. Several athletes advanced to the Maryland State Championships to be held later this month. Sophomore Marie Abongwa led the way setting a personal record, winning the shot put by 2 feet, with a throw of 37′

Regional Championship Rematch…… Laurel Comes Up Short As The Lady Jags Keep on Rolling!

On Tuesday January 28, 2020 at Charles H. In a game where Kaniyah Harris is celebrated for having over 1,000 points during her basketball career at Flowers High School she scores only two points in this game against The Panthers, her lowest total in two years but Taniyah Hogg steps up and leads all scores with 17 points all in the first half
